This soup is my take on my favorite restaurant, “tevere 84’s” veal broth soup. I love recreating  dishes from good restaurants, and this one brings me back wonderful memories.

Unfortunately, they closed down recently, and I was devastated. At least I have this soup to remind me of the wonderful times we had there.
